Frontier Mountains: Sarnak Enthusiast - Resolved

The sarnak enthusiasts that can spawn at the ruins located at (-387,1352) are supposed to be level 35 (according to alla). However, I found one that was conning dark blue to me at level 50. In classic, level 35 mobs will con light blue to a level 50 player. The steel warriors in west freeport would be one such example of this. This leads me to believe I wasn't observing a level 35 version.
