WTB WTB low priced monk shoes, neck, cape

I have recently started a project 99 monk with my brother who plays a shaman. He played this live. I have recieved some items from an awesome monk who hooked me up with weapons and a silk gi. I have pieces of cloth gear in slots for neck, cape, shoes, and also have no earrings. I now level 17 and have stayed grinding, I have saved 200 pp. I would like to buy an item for one of my lowest or open slots. Anything or any suggestions for cheaper gear would be appreciated. I am looking to buy, this is not a charity thread. Also if you think I'd be better hunting the gear or maybe if there are items from quests, maybe you could point this noob in the right direction.
