WTB Assasin: Necromancer of ill repute to kill Lucan D'lere

I just recently returned to Norrath in the form of a Paladin, and I have been tasked with seeing Lucan D'lere dead for his crimes against the people of Freeport. Such a task lies well beyond my capabilities, but perhaps a necromancer of sufficient power would be willing to help me see the deed done? I have amassed 8 stacks of bone chips from my adventures thus far, and while this is a small price for so great a fiend, I thought I would try my Luck anyway.
