Game Mechanics: DE Cultural not combining?

I've tried enchanted BP / Legs / Arms / Head / Bracer / Boots - none of the combines are currently working.

I've camped out to make sure that my file / hammer weren't swapped when I did the enchanted adamantite jonting combines. Has anyone else been able to craft since the patch?

the error I'm getting at the Tier'dal forge is "You cannot combine these items in this container type!"
