Monsters that cheat

Was floating the other day and some bears were biting my legs. Of course MY guy was out of reach (20 ft in the air ). Those creatures were cheating/exploiting me. It not balanced if they can hit you but you cant hit them. If it was the other way around it would be called cheating and we would face the BAN HAMMER! Ban those bears and will-o-wisps !
