Dreadlands

LD every time I zone into DL.

Getting "Server is not responding" black screen message a lot also.

I get into the zone 1/5th of all tries.

Tested on 3 computers, and 2 connections, only Dreadlands no other zone.

When I get to character select during this issue I usually have 0 characters.

When closing EQ and restarting / resetting connection I get my characters back, but "server not responding" pops up again.

Only happens on P99 blue.

Known P99 bug???
