Having Ping and Lag issues w/one specific account

I'm having some serious ping and connectivity issues with one specific account of mine. I have 3 accounts. The first one, which I'm having problems with, a second one for my wife's characters, and a third one I made when I had a temporary suspension on the first two. The later two have zero connection or ping issues whatsoever. My original account, though, has a horrible connection that drops every few seconds and comes back, and pings 300-500. What could be causing this? Like I said, the other two accounts run perfect.
