Trojan found in EQ directory

So my Windows Defender did an update today which I assume updated the definitions list it has. After this update it found a trojan in the runEQ.exe file in my EQ directory. At first I thought it might be a false positive but this is the page on it from MS:
Win32/Fanoly.B!cl

Thought others might want to know so they can update their virus protection and run a scan just in case I'm not the only one.
