Nette Kelp Wrist

Out there, somewhere there is a mermaid that has taken it upon herself to slap some kelp on her wrist. What i'm basically asking you to do is to murder her and take the mermaidware in exchange for cold heartless metal coins. High elves need not concern themselves in this proposition, as i know they don't have the stones.
