Hello,

I have two questions if anyone is able to help [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

1 - I first created an account in 2008 and played a bit, but am now back nearly 10 years later. When I go to log in on the pve 1999 server there are no characters. Was there a wipe? or am I able to get any of my old characters?

2 - I have a friend who I am trying to play with (gooseking), but when he goes to log in his account is banned. We believe it's a mutual (ex)friend of ours who got his account banned. Is there an appeal process to get his account unbanned? Is there anything that's possible?

Thank you to any one that reads this, I appreciate any help anyone can provide. Sorry if these are noob questions, it's been a while.

P1999 opened in Oct 2009, so if you played before then, you were playing in its "beta" and that was wiped at launch. There have been no wipes since October 2009. Alternate possibilities include: Logging into incorrect account, characters being individually deleted, or logging into the wrong server.

You can use the petition section of this forum to try to request an account review. Sometimes people get un-banned, sometimes they don't. It's best in the case of a banned account that you assume you won't get it back and regard it as a pleasant surprise if you do.
