launch titanium ?

after following all the directions, the launch titanium is a .bat file from the bundle of p99 files -> p99044.zip( something like that ) when I click that file it gives me an error saying i cant use a debugging program? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Restart your computer. Til it works. It's the only fix.

is launchtitanium supposed to be a batch file?

ok i got it, avg was the culprit. Thanks Tupakk, I did some digging and saw you've been pretty helpful in the past with this issue
