Walked into Loio, Killed the Chancellor for Staff then I literally killed 1 Lego headed out and he dropped that Bracer. Been a happy man since. SELL THIS MAN A BRACER!!

Wow damn lucky! I think its about a 0.1% drop rate so I need to kill another 200 or so to make it 1000 kills to justify being annoyed.
