DB Error: Help?

There have been some changes over the years from EQ Emu and I can't figure out why I'm getting this DB Error: Invalid Password when I try to login to the game. Copied and replaced the files from the p99 folder, created a login here on this website. Did NOT patch EQ to the live. Am I missing anything? Do I still need to create a login on the eqemulator website or is that obsolete now?
