Trump could also learn more from Putin, like how to rewrite the country's legislation so that a president can run for more than two terms!

He could even call the position by a new title, perhaps Emperor Trump would be fitting?

I would also recommend adding another detail to the new position which would be allowing the new emperor to change their name to whatever they'd like, as the pope does when newly elected.

This would add dignity and reverence to the position.

Do you know how long that legislation lasted when it was originally put in place? Not much more than 10 years. Russia (and other non-western countries) needs strong leaders much more than the US does.

Right now Russia's only other ex-President still politically active, Dimitry Medvedev, has a very poor showing in opinion polls...something like 50% of Russians want him out. He's currently Russia's Prime Minister (which was Putin's role when he was the President).

Brilliant on his part though, got him back in as leader of Russia. I have no issues with Russia tbh. I find Putin entertaining. He's a lot more interesting than Trump for sure.
