Wizard Ports? Need Help

I can't seem to find the ports to Great Divide, Cobalt Scar, or Wakening Lands. The Ports or the Translocates.

I went to where the wiki said they were sold....ad nothing.


Can I get a little input if possible?

Self only version of Velious ports are not in game with the exception of Iceclad right now. Same with all Velious TLs.
