Terror Forge Mask

It is my understanding that this item is going to be nerfed when Kunark comes out, is the nerf going to be retroactive for all the masks, or just the ones obtained after kunark release? I am asking this because I want to know if it is going to be worth going to get. Having call of bones on a cleric would be great, fear would be nice but not fantastic.

Bardmartigan, fuck you and your opinion dude. I don't troll. I bash on other trolls generally. I made a mistake based on memory, but C2 is still better than COB which was my point in the first place. COB isn't that uber but the mask will get retro nerfed anyways, so it's a moot point.

Mana stones don't work in the planes or in Kunark zones btw
