Game Mechanics: Low level Necro pets are extremly strong and can double attack (?)

Server: Green
Tested with spell: Bone Walk (Level 8)
Level of the summoned pet: 9
I did not hand any weapon to the pet.

- Hits for 14 max (Seems fine.)
- Bashes for 13 max (P99 Wiki lists 7 dmg.)
- Kicks for 13 max (P99 Wiki lists 12 dmg.)

But the biggest impact have what seem to be double attacks. The pet swings twice quite often. One example from my logs:

[...14:58:19 2024] Jabab hits a bonecrawler for 14 points of damage.
[...14:58:19 2024] Jabab hits a bonecrawler for 9 points of damage.
[...14:58:19 2024] a bonecrawler has been slain by Jabab!

Other low level Necro pets wreck mobs of the same level, too. Are they supposed to be this strong in late Velious?
