Spell Files up to date but still not working

I played for about 5 hours yesterday and everything worked fine. Today when I log in, it's doing the thing where it says the spell files are out of date. Checked for new Update but don't see one, so I reinstalled the files from the P99Files45.zip, but still saying the same thing. What am I missing?

AV is killing the dll.

Make an exception to your EQ dir. Then reinstall and restart.

Turned off the AV entirely, reinstalled, reupdated, restarted, still the same issue.

Did you make an expection to the folder? If not then you need to before you reinstall the files

sounds like your spell files are out of date.
