Dragoon Vtai falls under the bridge and keeps rubber-banding when he tries to go back

I wasn't there when he moved to see how it was done since he doesn't path (although it may have just been someone who aggroed him and ran to the zoneline), but currently he's under the bridge and performing the behaviour that I described in the title of this post.
