Default I love this server

It's going to be my third day playing and I'm already up to... level 4! I completely forgot how hard this game was to start out. It's awesome though, and I'm loving going "back in time".

I've been playing off and on since I was 13, shortly after release. After going back and forth and back again on various characters I finally managed to get to about level 35 on a druid before Kunark was released. After all the indecisiveness I ended up sticking with the druid and managed to be relatively in the mix as far as Kunark/Velious raiding went. After that I played more casually though, and was never really able to experience current raiding (I always seemed to be a couple expansions behind).

Then after a little hiatus I leveled up a couple new characters on Zek, but it just wasn't the same. And the thought of having to do hundreds, if not thousands, of AAs, to get back up to par is just way too exhausting.

So after the past 5-6 years of casual playing I'm back! I was on youtube searching for classic EQ videos (since I love to reminisce from time to time), and saw a video advertising Project 1999. A couple hours later I had Titanium installed and was running around Gfay. Despite the fact that it's right in the middle of tax season at work... I just couldn't resist.

So I made a bard, hoping this time around to do a little more grouping (quad kiting + long med times allowed me to actually get my homework done way back when). Starting out again is tough (especially choosing between a backpack and my next song), but the thought of grouping up again in LGuk, Karnors and Sebilis is driving my desire.

Anyway, after that long-winded message... my name is Olinto in-game, if anyone wants to friend me.
