I encourage everyone to do the quest themselves. Its somewhat fun and annoying at the same time. It doesn't take long nor is it difficult by any means.
I am simply selling the time it took to farm the materials, craft materials, camp/kill the mobs, and set it up so you don't have to!

Because that's how some dealers work, they don't set a price and take blind offers until they get one high enough for them to actually take, same with any auction with a hidden minimum

If you don't like the practice and don't like people not just putting a set price then just ignore them and move on

Think he means he MQs the ring 9 if you won narandis head from a ring war with your guild. At no point does he do the war for you lol. He should word it better like "MQing ring 9 for ring 10 turn in" though. Nobody actually sells narandis head and if they did it would be upwards 800k i would assume.
