Game Mechanics: Character Login And Levitating For No Reason

This is the second time but after I login, my character is levitating and I don't have any levitation spells cast on me. The only way I know of clearing this bug is to logout and login again. This has happened to me on two different characters and both in Oasis.

If you're logging on the docks or the first pier, thats it.

I have logged at the first pier probably hundreds of times and never had this issue before.

To help with problems, the Boats in P99 make you levitate if you are near one.

Understandable. Its usually if the raft is in the zone, this will happen. Next time it happens, zone out and it will be gone.
