Getting to Oasis from GFaydark(evil)

So I died by pier at Oasis(stupid giant).. and now I have no idea how to get back.. I think the boat at B.B. to FV stops by Oasis but I’m not sure and don’t know how to get on the boat without aggroing some ogrephobic lady at the pier.. any tips or recommendations?
