Default Throwables and whats best

From my understanding as a monk, Antonian Javelins are the best for throwing. What is the best method for getting my blacksmithing skill high enough to construct Javelins and Is there an item of which i can summon throwables?

Just look for a bkacksmithing guide, easy enough to get into the javelin production. And Yes antonian javelin are the best (long reach)

Save them for special occasions I'd say. I went 55 levels with shurikens which do the job in most XP groups you'll enter.

Outside of raid pulls where you need the extra distance just use shurikens. Thurg bracer has made life so much easier in freeing up a lot of bag space and saving me trips to the vendor. 100 range is dandy for day to day pulling. Javelins ... save em for when you actually need em.
