NPC Spawn Issue: Spirit did not spawn after killing Capt Surestout

Was attempting to do shaman epic.
After killing Capt Surestout the Spirit did not spawn 8(
Ocean of Tears, location +779, -5319 - Seafury Island

When you have time can anyone please take a look at this? =)

There are some drops in game right now for Epic pieces, but the quests themselves are probably not in game yet. They weren't released with the expansion. You could try and find items in CoM or somewhere else where there is a droppable item. It's probably hit and miss at this point.

Would appreciate reports where epic items are in game still. As bizzum alluded to, the quests won't be in for 6 months or so.

I would check Immortals for the monk Epic. I believe I saw it linked while I was there.
