Crystallized shadow dagger question

I want to do the quest to get the 4 cha range piece for my chanter. Where and what do I need to kill in TOFS to get this item to drop?

Not level 1. The dwarf on level 2 and I think things generally on level 3.

Doesn't seem common. Maybe check magelo to see what creatures it lists as recorded dropping it?

Thanks for the info. I was hoping for a specific mob that someone got it to drop. Guess I'm off to TOFS.
