We all know everyone has a shit ton of geared alts at this point. What is stopping the scorned from forming a new guild of subtly like <Beforearithmetic> lead by Relapsee to get even more loots?

Will future guild creation start going by IP addresses or accounts? Are all future made accounts going to be under a magnifying glass to measure their speed of growth, trade history, etc? Id go and reread the post but im too high on forum drama now
