Brand new player...help with UI, macros, settings etc please!!

Hey guys,

Could you all offer suggestions or tell me what you use for the macros, client settings, and the UI? (are there custom UI's available for download? or could you tell me how to optimize the settings?)

Starting up today and i'm excited to get started but a little overwhelmed with everything in front of me upon logging in for the first time.
