Miscellaneous: Tower of Frozen Shadow - freeze screen

Hello, today in the Tower of Frozen Shadow, we have a lot of freeze screen game, cause this freeze screen my character FIERABRAS, was dead, also one of my partners, DERIAK, has been killed. I just ask to you if you please can take a look on this for replace exp and equipment in our characters on our bind point.

I try other characters and give me no problem on ec tunnel and at the entrance of Guk, so i think is a problem of the zone of Tower of Frozen Shadow zone.
