Default Can you macro item clicks?

is there a command line you can use to macro clicking an item? Like jboots or flux staff for example.

I don't believe so. The closest you can get is to click, hold, and drag an icon for an item onto a hotkey button (it doesn't have to be your main one, it can be hotkey bars #2 or #3 ... even if those bars are hidden) and then bind a keypress to
that button.

This will let you trigger that item with a single keypress of your choosing ... but it won't actually let you "program" your item clicks.

I believe later on SOE added some sort of /useitem command (or something like that), but not during the classic era.
