Good Monk haste (lvl30)

I am a from-scratch monk looking to get some sort of haste going as soon as possible. I have about 400pp in the bank and a few items like a stack of left goblin ears and executioner's hood to potentially sell and trade. I would love to get SCHW or FBSS on my monky so I can solo my way to raiding level! Thanks for your help!!!
