Default Monk weapon skill caps?
What is the actual skill cap for 1HB and 2HB on this server for Monks at level 60. Apparently I have a different skill cap than some other monks according to the Monk GM in West Freeport.

(I hit 252 on May 8th, I've been online every day since exping/farming etc, and the skill message has not come through since)

Can someone please explain this? We're all 60 and "maxed" according to P99.
