I'll give it a try.

You were running from the Trakanon Teeth zone line to get to Cabalis. You were almost home free when Frayk rooted and blinded you. In a panic, you Tab targeted a guard near the Cabalis zone line and he handed you your ass and then killed Frayk.

After the funeral, the citizens on Cabalis mourned your death and erected a statue in your honor.

Pretty close! I had been looking for Froglok Escorts in the red light district, Frayk rooted me just next to Cabilis guards, I knew I wouldn't last long, so out of petty spite I skipping stoned a guard cos I knew he'd run over and merk that stupid froglok after I died.
