NPC Lokar To`Biath pet stuck far away in Neriak 3rd gate

The NPC Lokar To`Biath has a pet that's been stationary pretty much since green beta launch as far as i can tell in Neriak 3rd gate at about 892, -969 by the waterfall. Lokar is located in building #3 on map of 3rd gate in the wiki which is quite a ways from his little buddy. Pretty minor/problem bug I realize but gotta catch'em all!
