Level 53 bard mez- now only usable during the night hours. HUGE bug.

This is our only mez at 53+, and there is absolutely no evidence that it only worked at night. This completely cripples Bards in groups, and I think this warrants an emergency patch to fix it, otherwise any pull of 3 or more mobs can't be CC'd by Bards (and a pull of 2 mobs can only be CC'd very crudely).

No it isn't a bug. Yes there is evidence. Once again, just because you couldn't find it, doesn't mean there isn't. It's not even hard to find.
