Miscellaneous: Tell windows can not be closed

I had use tell windows set to on, and i sent a tell to someone. It spawned a tell window but it can not be closed or dismissed.

I think the real bug here is that tell windows work at all in Green. Those definitely aren't classic.

This is already reported and root causes in the UI sticky thread in green discussion. They are fixing it.
