Miscellaneous: Weapon disapeared after looting body

My ghetto druid looted a corpse I left overnight in CT, when I looted everything off the corpse I noticed I had somehow equipped my shield in secondary and fire beetle in primary, but my cracked staff had gone missing. I had plenty of bag space so there is not way it dropped on the ground.

I noticed this too the other day: all my bags weren't showing in the inventory, but I was able to open them with r-click and view the contents. Interestingly the bag slots didnt show the bag icon.

I relogged and the problem was gone.

Yes I've seen this too, if you relog the missing items appear on either your corpse or the cursor.

Is this unique to green or it a blue issue too?
