UI issue for character screen

EDIT: DELETE THIS THREAD FOR ME PLEASE. I am an idiot and apparently chose a different server in the list

OLD THREAD: IGNORE BELOW !!!
Logged in today to green (apparently a character wipe?) and the first screen looks as below attached image. (enter world/return buttons)

this is in windowed mode
