NPC Spawn Issue: Circle of Stones (from Rathe Mnts)

I have one on my monk from a GM event, I'm almost positive the only one on the server. So the item is in the database. These should drop off Theodast Waggmump in Rathe Mountains.

I can't find "Theodast" in Allakhazam archival searches. Do you have any sources?

The only resources I have are the fact that I can't find anything about a Rathe Mountains revamp. The posts on the Zam are from 2001, I can't think of a reason they would add mobs to RM during velious...

I thought I recalled seeing that item before, but in retrospect I think it was only from alla or eq'lizer way back in the day. Also a search of theodast wuggmum gets pretty much no results. Maybe it was from a gm event?

Rathe Mtns (and assorted zones) had a Halloween GM event during 2001 or 2002. I think there were a few dracoliches running around, but I never saw it first-hand.

I'm too lazy to look it up again, but he's supposed to be a rare spawn in place of one of the unkempt druids. His common drop is the Tunareberry, his rare the Circle of Stones. I killing druids for about an hour here one time trying to spawn him before giving up.

The info was on an archive of everlore or castersrealm I think.
