Game Mechanics: Crash issues

Greetings,

I am still having issues making a Halfing players from the player creation screen. I am able to make human and other races but I can not make halfing Rangers all this started with the new patch which was just released is there anything I can do. What should I do to make this happen. I have reinstaleld 10 times now and also patcher 10 times still coming up with the same end result please advise if there is anything I can do.

My last post which I posted 20min ago is gone I am not sure why my posts are being removed.
