Tailoring mandrake roots

I'm having a problem getting mandrake roots to combine in my large sewing kit. I haven't read about any problems getting this to work elsewhere. Any ideas what the problem may be?

I believe that is a Luclin era recipe.

Not in game, nor will it be. This recipe was for making picnic baskets. If the project went thru Luclin, then you might see this recipe at that time. Think it was added around 2002 though.
