Can anyone help me verify a few Bind Wound questions for Green

On the Wiki, you'll notice the info about classes who can pass 200 and binding to 70%. I was mostly sure it was ONLY Warrior Monk Rogue to go to 210. This says different. Edit: I'm mostly finding inconsistencies of the priests and hybrids on this page and their respective class pages that id like to fix Secondly, does anyone have info on the state of Combat bind wound, if its classic, or still present here? I don't even know how its done

The only level 60 I have on p99 is a necro so no personal experience on p99.
As far as the original EQ classic time period, that list looks accurate to me except paladins getting 210. just like the other hybrids they are supposed to cap at 200 too. I' think combat bind wound was ruled non-classic and has been nerfed ever since. | ||

You can combat BW currently, I do it all the time.. not until lvl 51 can u get the 70% Bind wound for monks. So kunark. and same with warriors/rogues is like 56? 57? I think Pallys/SK max is 200. Most pure casters Ie necro/mages/enc can only ever BW to 100.
