Game Mechanics: LIST System Broken Doesn't Reset

/List is not resetting after 7 days at the manastone camp.

Manastone awarded November 6 at 9:30ish

Unable to /list at the camp November 13 at 9:30-10:30

Error message says the same "You are Locked out of this camp"

Given the drop rate I would make this the default behaviour.

All lists should be lifetime lockouts per character. There’s no reason anyone should get multiple legacy items unless they want to level up additional characters.

I agree. If you want a second, third, etc manastone that specific character should be waiting in line. I would support the staff if they just tag manastones as no drop.

Could we please get an official statement regarding how long the lockout is? Because it definitely not 1 week.
