Miscellaneous: Gabbie Mardoddle not droppping cloak

Was in a gnome group in sola this evening and twice Gabbie spawned with neither the cloak or the Quill. She did spawn once with the Quill.

I could be wrong but i though she would always drop one or the other.

From looking at her loot table, I do not see how this could happen.

If this happens again, please create a new bug report.

Cloak is non-magical, can it be pickpocketed?
