Levitating when not buffed

today makes the second time this week that I have logged on to my toon levitating without the buff. Even after playing for several hours on Tuesday it never wore off, and I had no way to remove the effect. Wednesday it was behaving as it should, but logging in just a little while ago, (on Thursday), I was levitating again without the buff.
