PLEASE HELP!!! Cant see character screen buttons

i can see them for a second but then they dissappear... i guess i can have my friend make my guy and then log in but thats no fun i wana make my guy myself, anyone have any iea why this is happenning? If someone could supply a UI file that is the original character login it would be GREATLY appreciatedtyvm ! <3
