45 Shaman gear suggestions

Hello all,

Been playing my 45 shaman (iksar)again lately, I was thinking about getting some upgrades but I thought I woud ask you guys some pieces of advice before buying stuff in EC.

I'm wearing the following:

Coldain Skin Boots,
Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring & Ivandyr's Hoop,
Velium Fire Wedding Ring & Golem Tear Ring,
Arctic Wyvern Cap & Sleeves

Thought about getting the following:
Platinum Tiarra,
Barbed Dragonscale Boots,
Earring of Essence & Black Sapphire Electrum Earring or
Earring or Purity & Earring of Cleansing (better hp/mana, 2 clickies that might be useful to dispell DoTs / slow). even though this option is more expensive, I can wait and I'll just need to farm more specs/ Hgs to get them. So it's just a matter of time/ grinding.

I know an insta clicky is a must have to Canni so I'd just swap the Goblin earring with a Surveyor Scope which I also have.
