Error trying to install Titanium on vista

Here is what my error says almost immediately after I click setup wizard.

Setup has experienced an error

Please do the following:
-Close any running programs
-Empty your temporary folder
-Check your Internet connection

Then try to run the setup again

error code -6001


I have done what it said and it still pops up. I have searched the nets for the error code with no luck. I have removed my old EQ install. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks
