No servers are showing at selection screen

I can't see any servers when I log into P99. I had no issues logging out last night. I've done the following to no avail...

1. Rebooted multiple times
2. Cleared DNS Cache multiple times with one time it being successful, but I crashed going to the character select screen for green.
3. I did a tracert to project1999.org and had 2 times outs at 10 and 14 out of 18 hops. There were a lot of asterisks in the bottom section.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it? I've tried everything I could find here on the forums.

chances are nothing is wrong
I'm not sure why but the server select has been hit hard lately
if you login and wait about thirty seconds at the server select then hit escape once so you can log back in, it should work
or there is a fix on the wiki
