Where does this guy spawn? is he a random with all the Basilisks? or does he have a specific PH? I cant find much info on it.

The way it worked when I farmed him over a year ago was that any basilisk in the zone was a ph, and had a small % to spawn Petrifin. Should still work that way. Good luck.

Any basi can be a ph but I found that going to the hill across from the HG area, has a ton of basi's. Seemed like the more I killed there the better chance I had to get him to spawn in the general area. Dunno if this is how it works but I got 2 bracers for me bro, who's a monk, and farmed 5 others to sell back in the day. Just be careful, I was a 40 mage at the time, and that involved a fire pet -> run away -> recast pet -> run some more -> third fire pet -> and finally a nuke or two and he dies. If ya nuke any time before he low it was my end, he come stun, kill, rape and molest me into next week.

eye is for a quest that never got implemented...so its basically vendor trash

He also runs at Spirit of Cheetah speed. I remember he jumped me when I was on my 45ish druid once and so I hit Spirit of Cheetah and took off towards Feerott. When I was getting close I swung around to see where he was (not stop and look, just swing around real quick) and that half second delay was enough for him to catch me and rape me, even after running all the way from the HG area with cheetah on.
